Reviews and Ratings
The hotel felt more like a time share than a quaint cottage due to the connecting door to another room, but it was spacious and well-equipped, including a sauna. The view from the porch was marred by overgrown vegetation rather than a water vista.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although a bit delayed for preparation, offered a comfortable experience, yet lacked some expected amenities like a cozy reading nook. The service was accommodating overall, with the valet service standing out, but areas like keeping the entrance clean seemed to be a struggle. The location is charming and convenient for exploring Chatham, although it can get crowded in peak times. Dining had its delicious moments but also some hiccups in food temperature and cleanliness. Despite these ups and downs, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were quiet and private, resembling Pebble Beach with a view of the bay. The service was nice and accommodating, especially with the young college students and International staff around. The location exceeded my expectations, being directly on the bay in Cape Cod. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of seafood options and grilled meats. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed during my stay.
